Welcome to Antidope. By using our mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Antidope, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
Antidope is a productivity application that helps users block distracting apps during scheduled study or focus sessions. The app provides:
- App blocking functionality (Strict Mode)
- App rationing functionality (Moderate Mode)
- Flexible scheduling tools
- Emergency unlock features
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Antidope. Users under 18 should have parental consent. By using the app, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Account Registration
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- Use Antidope for lawful purposes only
- Configure blocking schedules voluntarily for your own device
- Not attempt to bypass or circumvent app protections
- Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
You agree NOT to:
- Use the app to harm, harass, or monitor others without consent
- Share accounts or transfer access to others
- Interfere with the app's operation or servers
- Use automated systems to access the app
6. Free Tier Features
The free tier of Antidope includes:
- 1 moderate block per day (maximum 3 hours, 3 minutes per hour)
- Unlimited strict mode blocks
- 1 emergency unlock per 24 hours
- Basic scheduling features
7. Permissions and Device Access
Accessibility Service: Antidope requires Accessibility Service permission to detect and block apps. By granting this permission, you acknowledge that:
- The app will monitor when blocked apps are opened
- The app will automatically close or restrict blocked apps
- All processing happens locally on your device
- You can revoke this permission anytime in Android Settings
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Antidope is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- The app will be uninterrupted or error-free
- The app will block all apps in all circumstances
- The app will be compatible with all devices or Android versions
- Your productivity will improve (results vary by individual)
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Antidope and its developers shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of productivity, data, or profits
- Missed opportunities or communications due to app blocking
- Device malfunctions or compatibility issues
10. Emergency Situations
Important: Antidope is a productivity tool, not an emergency service. In genuine emergencies:
- Use the emergency unlock feature (available once per day in free tier)
- Restart your device in Safe Mode to temporarily disable the app
- Contact emergency services directly (dial emergency numbers)
We are not responsible for delays in accessing your device during emergencies.
11. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue features with or without notice
- Update the app to fix bugs or improve performance
- Change these Terms (with notice to users)
12. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms of Service
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Abuse the service or other users
You may delete your account anytime via Settings → Delete Account. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
13. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Antidope are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content
- Use our trademarks without permission
- Create derivative works based on the app
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified through the app or via email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
